Return Request
You have a period of fourteen (14) days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact. The return costs are for your account and are nonrefundable. Before you return a product in exchange for a refund, we kindly ask you to contact us per email: [email protected] with a request for return, you will then receive an approval for return from us. If you return a product without approval we reserve the right to refuse the returned parcel.
We will reimburse all payments received from you (the consumer), including any delivery costs charged by us, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. Unless we offer to collect the product with you, we may wait to complete the refund until we have received the returned product or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product. We will use the same payment method that you have used for reimbursement, unless we agree to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for you as buyer.
Please keep in mind that computer hardware is very sensitive equipment. Safe and impact-resistant packaging can prevent damage and thus voiding the warranty.
We therefore ask you to pack the goods with the return form or delivery note, including all accessories, in solid shipping packaging. If the product is returned without proper protection, and for this reason is received damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/ or issue a price reduction.
The following products cannot be returned for refund:
- Personalized products or products manufactured for you specifically
- Products not in its original and unopened packaging
- Products where the official seal has been broken
